Consider all options before committing only to BeatStars. Rude support! For the most part, I like the platform. You can't delete old coupons or players. I've never been on a platform that does not allow me to remove old elements. Good business but super cluttery and becomes very clunky. The new browser beatstars studio is bulky, clunky, and feels like a step back to early 2000's website design. With every great feature added; there are several practical features missings that more dedicated ecom platforms include. Customer support is iffy. Depends who responds on the quality of the service. //UPDATE BeatStars support is rude. Talk to people as if they think they are smarter, and we're stupid for reaching out.

Beatstars will screw you instead of fixing their errors A bug on Beatstars deleted my personal information and caused 4 licenses that I paid for to be defective. Support would not do anything. I suggest to anyone buying through Beatstars that they instead contact the producer personally and cut out the middle man. The producer gets a better cut, and Beatstars customer service is useless anyway. The fact that this came just after they increased fees is even more ridiculous. Don't give these people your business.

I love Beatstars I love Beatstars. Amazing customer service. Nicely designed website, but sometimes there is an error when I'm trying to load a site. I hope it will be fixed in the future, otherwise an amazing experience.
