I love Beatstars I love Beatstars. Amazing customer service. Nicely designed website, but sometimes there is an error when I'm trying to load a site. I hope it will be fixed in the future, otherwise an amazing experience.

Great experience Prompt response and clear to the point questions asked by Roberto led to resolution of my issue easily.

Consider all options before committing only to BeatStars. Rude support! For the most part, I like the platform. You can't delete old coupons or players. I've never been on a platform that does not allow me to remove old elements. Good business but super cluttery and becomes very clunky. The new browser beatstars studio is bulky, clunky, and feels like a step back to early 2000's website design. With every great feature added; there are several practical features missings that more dedicated ecom platforms include. Customer support is iffy. Depends who responds on the quality of the service. //UPDATE BeatStars support is rude. Talk to people as if they think they are smarter, and we're stupid for reaching out.

Beatstars will screw you instead of fixing their errors A bug on Beatstars deleted my personal information and caused 4 licenses that I paid for to be defective. Support would not do anything. I suggest to anyone buying through Beatstars that they instead contact the producer personally and cut out the middle man. The producer gets a better cut, and Beatstars customer service is useless anyway. The fact that this came just after they increased fees is even more ridiculous. Don't give these people your business.

Beat place for music producers Hey everyone is reading this. It’s Yahor from Anywaywell. On BeatStars since 2016. So far made a huge following and hundreds of thousands income with BeatStars. The platform is best for music producers for years and the future is going to be even better as competitors are in their narrow niche. BeatStars isn’t only a marketplace. It’s community. It’s team. It’s publishing opportunities and many more features. Highly recommended.
