Not dependable Slightly overpriced, it says there are processing on their orders takes two to three days when it's slow but mine took 7 days. Has been an entire week and still not shipped. Do not use this site if you want reliable.

I waited 2 weeks to receive my order I waited 2 weeks to receive my order. When I received it; this company decided to not advise me that the product I ordered was not in stock and when received package; included items I did not want nor interested in purchasing. I was never informed and this is unacceptable. The customer should have been informed from the beginning.

HORRID customer service ive been ordering from these guys for a while. they have good products when it comes to edibles. However, when it comes to their customer service it's mediocre at best. I ordered a tincture and despite the label saying it takes a few minutes to kick in, i waited three hours before I felt anything. I tried to email bout a refund, they told me to email the company. There is no contact information available to contact any companies that make the products. They're like a wholesale website, selling things other companies create but providing no contact information for when things go wrong. I will be looking for another website to give my business to if this is not rectified. Update: Their customer service has only gotten worse. If it wasn't for the fact that every other website I try to order from demands intense ID verification and even when passed ends up cancelling your order anyways, I would have taken my shopping elsewhere YEARS ago. It is unfortunate that though this is the only site that seems to WORK, the people who run it are truly incompetent.

I got a little nervous about not… I got a little nervous about not responding to emails, no working phone number, thought I got duped. I did make my order on a late night Thursday, without reading that they do not deliver or process orders on the weekends. I order on the 5th and received products on 18th. So it takes about 8 business days for them to process and deliver. The product was FANTASTIC. It was worth the wait. :)
