USAwful company Awful company. Do not order from them. It’s been a week and they have not shipped my order or replied to any customer service emails that I’ve sent. I will be filing a charge back with my bank.

USHORRID customer service ive been ordering from these guys for a while. they have good products when it comes to edibles. However, when it comes to their customer service it's mediocre at best. I ordered a tincture and despite the label saying it takes a few minutes to kick in, i waited three hours before I felt anything. I tried to email bout a refund, they told me to email the company. There is no contact information available to contact any companies that make the products. They're like a wholesale website, selling things other companies create but providing no contact information for when things go wrong. I will be looking for another website to give my business to if this is not rectified. Update: Their customer service has only gotten worse. If it wasn't for the fact that every other website I try to order from demands intense ID verification and even when passed ends up cancelling your order anyways, I would have taken my shopping elsewhere YEARS ago. It is unfortunate that though this is the only site that seems to WORK, the people who run it are truly incompetent.

USIf you order from this company you will… If you order from this company you will get ripped off. God forbid if you have to email with a person named Sam. They try to get you to take a loss for product they never sent. When contacting them about missing items they will tell you it's on backorder and they can not refund your money. I have 26 emails between dd8shop from a guy name Sam and myself, who makes it a point to go to work so stoned that he can't or won't answer or respond to questions about your missing items. Printing out all emails between us to take to my bank to report dd8shop company for fraudulent charges. Sad sad experience. Find a more reliable source, folks!

USDisorganized DD8Shop Disorganized company and awful customer service. I ordered seltzers, two 4-packs. There was a $7.99 “heavy item” surcharge, optional $2.99 “shipment guarantee,” as well as shipping costs. When the box arrived, there was only 1 case of seltzer. The package insert stated 2 cases, which I was charged for. I contacted and had I not paid the $2.99, I assume I would not have gotten a refund for the missing product! I was refunded for 1 pack of seltzer only. When I asked for a replacement, I was told to place another order and would have to pay the $7.99 heavy item charge and shipping cost AGAIN! They would not waive the fees even though the error was on their end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are money hungry and snarky in their customer service responses. Find another source for your D8 desires.
