GBDisorganized DD8Shop Disorganized company and awful customer service. I ordered seltzers, two 4-packs. There was a $7.99 “heavy item” surcharge, optional $2.99 “shipment guarantee,” as well as shipping costs. When the box arrived, there was only 1 case of seltzer. The package insert stated 2 cases, which I was charged for. I contacted and had I not paid the $2.99, I assume I would not have gotten a refund for the missing product! I was refunded for 1 pack of seltzer only. When I asked for a replacement, I was told to place another order and would have to pay the $7.99 heavy item charge and shipping cost AGAIN! They would not waive the fees even though the error was on their end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are money hungry and snarky in their customer service responses. Find another source for your D8 desires.

GBSecond times the charm! This is my second review for this company. My most recent order arrived days after placing. Everything was packaged securely and product is fresh. I cannot get Torch in stores for this price! Thank you, and I will be ordering more.

GBDd8.com absolutely sucks Dd8.com absolutely sucks! Between ripping you off and not sending your items or the wrong ones. Terrible customer response if you get one. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS.

GBI got a little nervous about not… I got a little nervous about not responding to emails, no working phone number, thought I got duped. I did make my order on a late night Thursday, without reading that they do not deliver or process orders on the weekends. I order on the 5th and received products on 18th. So it takes about 8 business days for them to process and deliver. The product was FANTASTIC. It was worth the wait. :)

GBI waited 2 weeks to receive my order I waited 2 weeks to receive my order. When I received it; this company decided to not advise me that the product I ordered was not in stock and when received package; included items I did not want nor interested in purchasing. I was never informed and this is unacceptable. The customer should have been informed from the beginning.
