I find Temu great for certain items I find Temu great for certain items, not so great with others. For example, I’ve found some of the electronic items, flimsy and useless, but when you’re paying less than £1 for stuff, it’s kinda expected, so I’d be wary on these. But some of the clothing and footwear is fine, got some trainers for £8, great price, and can’t fault the quality for the price, and they’re very comfy, a long with other value items I’ve purchased, some very useful; kitchen accessories, cleaning supplies, screen protectors or phone cases etc. Delivery can take awhile as it’s coming from Asia but not excessive waiting times. There is a minimum spend, too, I think it’s £15 but often includes free delivery, or very small, fair delivery cost. I’ll happily keep using for certain items

Usefull products, easy return :) To be honest not all products are the best quality but the prices are insanely good and the return process is super easy. :) Tbh I’ve found super usefull products there.

Still Worst Customer Service How can a Company with Such Great Deals have The Most Incompitant Customer Service Workers. Everytime I contact Temu's God Aweful Customer Service I get Ignored and Then they come back after you've been ignored for Over 5 minutes. Then they try to Contact you later to come up with Some Lame Ass excuse why they didn't get back to you...Pathetic...This Companies Downfall will Be there Pis$ Poor Customer Service And Temu will be Dead and Gone in Ten Years. People will Say Temu Who Forgotten....

Free Delivery misleading "Free Delivery Special for You" written at the top of their website, and on every item page I've seen. It's only when you get to checkout that it states it requires a minimum order. Of course, this is not unreasonable by any means. I just object to being misled. Website needs to be more transparent. I've only used Temu once before with free delivery for a cheap single item with no issues. So I expected the same as the signs indicated so, until I got to checkout. I hope they'll be no issues with my orders. I do appreciate their very good prices but lack of transparency always makes me suspicious.

When something seems to good to be… When something seems to good to be true, it almost always is. With TEMU I thought that this was the case but I was wrong. I've only had good experiences. Sometimes the quality of the product was amazingly good and a few times it was unacceptably bad. In that case I had no problems with the return and refund. Generally, I can recommend buying there.
