This is my third time ordering from… This is my third time ordering from Lost Loots! The first time my package was super delayed but when I reached out, I got a quick & kind response! They were super helpful in keeping me informed and helping me track my order! I just got my Electronics mystery box and was NOT disappointed! I am so so excited for everything I got! I got headphones, a PS5 controller charging dock, a smart vacuum, a led ring light, and a 3D visual lamp!! Will be ordering again!

I’ve ordered twice I’ve ordered twice. Great to do resale or just to get some surprise goodies. I’ve considered ordering a box for each family member for Christmas to open and see what they get. Fast shipping is the plus! Customer service is great too, these Guys respond quickly to any questions you may have.

SCAM Like many other people, I too got took by this sham of a company. I saw their products on tiktok, ordered one immediately, and never got it. They sent me a tracking number that didn't work, and when I emailed them about it, they didn't respond but updated the tracking number to "label created." It hasn't changed since then and I've been unable to get any kind of response or explanation from them. Just opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Still waiting on my package(s) for 5… Still waiting on my package(s) for 5 days the UPS tracking says label created but still no shipping information. Just says check back tomorrow, well its been 5 tomorrows and nothing. Seems I got taken for 80 bucks. Can't get anyone from customer service. Very disappointed
