I have transacted over 400 times and have zero complaints about the service. Too bad so many people are resistant to the idea. The gift card market leaves a bad taste in people's mouths I suspect, because yes some scammers are trying to get you to release bitcoin before you get your item, or trying to reverse the gift card purchase after amazon ships, but it never works, and I've never been scammed. And clearly Amazon has no problem with the way purse operates, or they would have cancelled my account after 400 wishlist purchases.

Excellent for Buyers using Amazon wishing to spend Bitcoin From a buyer's point of view, Purse works very well and is easy to use. In many cases delivery is faster than if you order direct from Amazon. You can select a discount on the price if you are willing to accept some delay before your order is accepted but generally it does not take long before the order is picked up. Purse support act quickly when there is an issue - in one case goods were damaged in shipment but no problem in getting refund or making return arrangements.

Order cancellation is terrible. I accidentally bought 2 of the same item, and they said that they would refund. However, after talking to all 3 of their reps (yes only 3) they couldn't cancel and refund my order. After asking them if it was cancelled, they went "Inactive" and never answered my question, or fulfilled my request.

Makes shopping on amazon feel like freedom. It's hard to describe how much satisfaction I get from using Purse.io. I'm a bit of a pariah, I cannot stand my online activities being logged and tracked. I'm a person, not a piece of property to be tagged and studied. With Purse.io, not only can I extrapolate the transfer of money away from prying eyes, I can also hide from Amazon to a certain extent.
