Purse support act quickly when there is an issue - in one case goods were damaged in shipment but no problem in getting refund or making return arrangements.

Update : its amazing how you answer faster here than your support, they locked my account because i didnt send tracking number on a few trades. This is ridiculous i had all my money on their wallet. Order cancellation is terrible. I accidentally bought 2 of the same item, and they said that they would refund. However, after talking to all 3 of their reps (yes only 3) they couldn't cancel and refund my order. After asking them if it was cancelled, they went "Inactive" and never answered my question, or fulfilled my request.
