Order cancellation is terrible. I accidentally bought 2 of the same item, and they said that they would refund. However, after talking to all 3 of their reps (yes only 3) they couldn't cancel and refund my order. After asking them if it was cancelled, they went "Inactive" and never answered my question, or fulfilled my request.

You can select a discount on the price if you are willing to accept some delay before your order is accepted but generally it does not take long before the order is picked up. Purse support act quickly when there is an issue - in one case goods were damaged in shipment but no problem in getting refund or making return arrangements.

Update The response from purse.io means absolutely nothing I have been back and forth with them for several months through email and the admins were very rude and unprofessional and tried to blame Amazon when the order was never placed by them. They should refund me but refuse to do so.

Purse.io is a really good idea and… Purse.io is a really good idea and offers a really attractive service, but you need to be aware that there is no guarantee of a smooth process - no plug and play here. My only experience is as a buyer using the service to purchase on Amazon. It was a nightmare. I would never recommend and I won't be trying again. The "earner" who was fulfilling the order harassed me when the delivery was late, was plain rude from the first interaction. A real shame because it is a great idea.
