It's a SCAM, RUN! It's a SCAM, RUN! Nothing but lies and excuses. If you choose Buy Now, it is not purchased immediately, nor is it done by Purse staff as stated in their FAQs etc. Your order still gets passed to an Earner (scammer), which are 'scarce' (LOL) and there's no guarantee how long it will take to process your order. It's some kind of pyramid scheme. Do Not give them your BTC!

Good service. Review updated Original review: Full of scammers and terrible customer service. They just do not respond. I'd upload screenshot of all my unanswered tickets if I could. I was scammed for £200 and customer service ignored all my queries. They just don't respond. The worse thing a company can do is ignore their customers. In fact, ignoring anyone is just simply rude! Update: Issue resolved in the end and the service has been amazing!

Purse.io locked my account. Purse.io are scammers beware i got my account suspended with all my btc and orders placed !!! Update : its amazing how you answer faster here than your support, they locked my account because i didnt send tracking number on a few trades. This is ridiculous i had all my money on their wallet. NEVER again. They stole me about 4000$.

It's a big no! Just tried Purse to buy on Amazon with bitcoin. Great idea, poor system, hours of waiting for support and non-skilled staff who answer about orange when you ask about apples, although this last thing is pretty much everywhere now.. Worst of all, no option to close an account, not even an entry about it in the help. You have to contact support! I can't imagine they handle well the data privacy.. Then when you (the customer) ask why there is no option nor result in the help about closing an account, they block you (the customer). It's a big no!

It seems like the previous 1 star… It seems like the previous 1 star reviews were correct. Purse.io is no longer a functioning website and they will intentionally disable your account once you try to withdraw your Bitcoin. I only lost $90 so not a big deal, I'm lucky I didn't get scammed for more. Update: They said it was a bot that disabled my account on accident, I guess they are okay now.
