If you choose Buy Now, it is not purchased immediately, nor is it done by Purse staff as stated in their FAQs etc. Your order still gets passed to an Earner (scammer), which are 'scarce' (LOL) and there's no guarantee how long it will take to process your order. It's some kind of pyramid scheme. Do Not give them your BTC!

Purse can be used to build store credit over several orders at high discounts via returns but carries this risk. If you just want to save on an item and are sure to let them know if it's not received you'll probably do fine. I have transacted over 400 times and have zero complaints about the service. Too bad so many people are resistant to the idea. The gift card market leaves a bad taste in people's mouths I suspect, because yes some scammers are trying to get you to release bitcoin before you get your item, or trying to reverse the gift card purchase after amazon ships, but it never works, and I've never been scammed. In many cases delivery is faster than if you order direct from Amazon. You can select a discount on the price if you are willing to accept some delay before your order is accepted but generally it does not take long before the order is picked up. Purse support act quickly when there is an issue - in one case goods were damaged in shipment but no problem in getting refund or making return arrangements.
