I have transacted over 400 times and have zero complaints about the service. Too bad so many people are resistant to the idea. The gift card market leaves a bad taste in people's mouths I suspect, because yes some scammers are trying to get you to release bitcoin before you get your item, or trying to reverse the gift card purchase after amazon ships, but it never works, and I've never been scammed. And clearly Amazon has no problem with the way purse operates, or they would have cancelled my account after 400 wishlist purchases.

Purse.io locked my account. Purse.io are scammers beware i got my account suspended with all my btc and orders placed !!! Update : its amazing how you answer faster here than your support, they locked my account because i didnt send tracking number on a few trades. This is ridiculous i had all my money on their wallet. NEVER again. They stole me about 4000$.

Scam Scam. Customer service is terrible and they just took around $300 plus change from me. Item not delivered and btc held in escrow with no explanation even after repeated inquiries. And all of the sudden balance goes to $0.00.

They scammed me on my order They scammed me on my order. I ordered 4 packages they only ordered 3 and have been ignoring my emails for over a 2 weeks now. They stopped me from contacting them. I would never use this scam platform ever again. Update The response from purse.io means absolutely nothing I have been back and forth with them for several months through email and the admins were very rude and unprofessional and tried to blame Amazon when the order was never placed by them. They should refund me but refuse to do so.

Only caveat is that if a earner is… Only caveat is that if a earner is fraudulent with an order that you have verified the refund may not work out due to an 'investigation' where you are not refunded right away even though the product has been returned. Purse can be used to build store credit over several orders at high discounts via returns but carries this risk. If you just want to save on an item and are sure to let them know if it's not received you'll probably do fine. Completed many orders with 27-33% discount, saving about 5% less after Purse fee. 0.0003 BTC withdrawl fee.
