Order cancellation is terrible. I accidentally bought 2 of the same item, and they said that they would refund. However, after talking to all 3 of their reps (yes only 3) they couldn't cancel and refund my order. After asking them if it was cancelled, they went "Inactive" and never answered my question, or fulfilled my request.

I was scammed for £200 and customer service ignored all my queries. They just don't respond. The worse thing a company can do is ignore their customers. In fact, ignoring anyone is just simply rude! Makes shopping on amazon feel like freedom. It's hard to describe how much satisfaction I get from using Purse.io. I'm a bit of a pariah, I cannot stand my online activities being logged and tracked. I'm a person, not a piece of property to be tagged and studied. With Purse.io, not only can I extrapolate the transfer of money away from prying eyes, I can also hide from Amazon to a certain extent. It makes the simple act of buying something feel like an act of defiance and independence. Oh, and I save some coin with name your discount. That's also a plus. :)

I have transacted over 400 times and have zero complaints about the service. Too bad so many people are resistant to the idea. The gift card market leaves a bad taste in people's mouths I suspect, because yes some scammers are trying to get you to release bitcoin before you get your item, or trying to reverse the gift card purchase after amazon ships, but it never works, and I've never been scammed. And clearly Amazon has no problem with the way purse operates, or they would have cancelled my account after 400 wishlist purchases.

Bunch of Scammers Fraud website. Scammed me. I completed the order successfully and the bitcoins were released. Now, at the time of withdrawing, they disabled my account. I am not able to withdraw my funds. It's a disgusting website. Support is useless and does not even respond. Lies, deception and Scam on Purse io.
