The products that I ordered were sent… The products that I ordered were sent out quickly. I was very satisfied with them. They were of great quality and the personalization was as requested. I would order from them again. Glad I found their website.

Terrible company, didn't recieve order Brought a paint by numbers in January, didn't recieve product, communicated this to them multiple times however because tracking said it was delivered but obviously I didn't get it. I wasn't able to recieve any refund through PayPal because of this. I didn't get what I ordered and there was absolutely no effort from the company to resolve my issue what so ever as they didnt seem to take it seriously. Don't waste your money on this place.

Not to be trusted!! Not to be trusted!! I placed an order on the 9th of april, and end of april now and still not received it!! I can't believe they take this long, there are so many competitors out there doing things a lot faster, these people are not even trying to please anyone. I hope I'll get my money back, but will never get the time I lost waiting for them. Definetely avoid them, they are not to be trusted!!

Customer service was the worst Customer service was the worst. Extremely unprofessional. She hung up on me three times. She keep putting me off and didn’t care to resolve the issue. There wasn’t any room to make the customer happy. I waste of my money. If this goes to customer service it’s a waste of time because she’s the only one that works in that department.
