One of the glasses in my order had a… One of the glasses in my order had a chip in the rim…. They sent a replacement immediately…. Great product and even better customer service!!

Glasses are absolute perfection! The glasses I ordered came nicely packaged. No damage in shipping. They looked exactly as nice as pictured. Shipping was timely as well. Would order from Kneats again! I'm already putting them at the top of my list for Christmas or birthday gifts this year.
