It's a good product but needs to be… It's a good product but needs to be shipped better. Any type of padding would be nice. The boxes come dented from being dropped and banged around during transport.

Glasses are absolute perfection! The glasses I ordered came nicely packaged. No damage in shipping. They looked exactly as nice as pictured. Shipping was timely as well. Would order from Kneats again! I'm already putting them at the top of my list for Christmas or birthday gifts this year.

Pleased with purchase. Because these glasses came in the mail. the most practical comment is that they were well packaged and impossible to break. We were surprised at how heavy they are and beautifully balanced. The pattern we selected is quite attractive. They have been washed and ready for their first use.
