Glasses are absolute perfection! The glasses I ordered came nicely packaged. No damage in shipping. They looked exactly as nice as pictured. Shipping was timely as well. Would order from Kneats again! I'm already putting them at the top of my list for Christmas or birthday gifts this year.

UPDATE-The box came with a broken latch The box came with a broken latch. The glasses are gorgeous, the cubes are soft and perfect and the box is pretty nice. However, it is a Christmas gift that I cannot give because the latch is broken. I cannot get anyone to get back to me from the company and if they don't I will be out what would otherwise the perfect, beautiful Christmas gift for someone special. Please post this, maybe they will THEN help me before it is too late! ***UPDATE*** They were alerted to the challenge and immediately sent me a new one!!! Thank you!!
