No communication at all - took my cashback Ordered a big purchase from a retailer via hoopladoopla and created an account through a referral. Neither the referral bonus or the cashback from the retailer was processed. It has been 3 weeks since and there has been no response back or update form HooplaDoopla. Avoid this company if you don't want a headache.

Good site Deleted prior review and updated rating to 4 stars. The 4 star rating is because support communication is lacking. Sometimes takes multiple weeks to get a reply. Payment takes a little longer than other sites, but they sometimes offer better cash back. Overall happy with them
