Coupons I wanted were easy to activate once I installed their browser extension, because I didn't have to shop around for valid promo codes. The cashback added up quickly, especially for my Ulta shopping - which is probably a pro/con since now I'm more motivated to browse for skincare deals :) I opted for the Paypal payouts since it's secure, and let it just accrue until I was ready to cash in. Customer service was friendly when I had questions and got back to me quickly. Overall 10/10

No communication at all - took my cashback Ordered a big purchase from a retailer via hoopladoopla and created an account through a referral. Neither the referral bonus or the cashback from the retailer was processed. It has been 3 weeks since and there has been no response back or update form HooplaDoopla. Avoid this company if you don't want a headache.

Hoopla Doopla is a SCAM Hoopla Doopla is a SCAM! They will never give you the cashback owed to you and make up some random excuse blaming the merchant etc. Do not use Hoopla Doopla if you value your sanity and want to keep your stress levels in check!

Fraudulent cashback site Fraudulent cashback site - avoid! This site would give you cashback for small amounts, but would not do so for larger amounts which really matter - I've confronted this fraudulent business model with their customer care so many times in the last 5 months, but they don't care. I've been following up with them for 5 months for a cashback that I should have received - I sent them the order confirmation email from the Merchant and all the details, but they are creative in their excuses to avoid paying the cashback. Do yourself a favor - go to one of the bigger cashback sites - I've never faced issues with any of the big ones - this one has been the worst experience ever - wish I could give it 0 stars!

Was always skeptical of the 5% cashback… Was always skeptical of the 5% cashback on Walmart but still tried using this site last week. After the purchase using their link, it showed "awaiting shopping details" under earnings but now it has disappeared. What a waste, I should have known better.
