Small company with big needs We are a small startup bootstrapping our way to a new software product. I talked to several companies that provide flexible resources similar to Toptal but none had a more obviously well thought out business model and great tools to aid customers in achieving their goals. The best part is they were willing and able to find great resources that fit within our rate restrictions and requirements. Not once but 3 times! I've been in the IT world for many years and dealt with lots of staffing companies with different models. These guys are not a staffing company. Prefect to find skilled people fast - fast replies and follow up - listening to our needs - great profiles and people! Only downside: billing time of 14d on every invoice with our credit card as back up. Creates sometimes problems for other software licenses.
