As I didn’t receive an email confirming… As I didn’t receive an email confirming my order, I wrote to the customer service, they answered my request correctly. Then I received my order two weeks later, the dress is so cute, exactly like the photos. I am satisfied of Wihol services. They’re serious in spite of missing the detail information about the shipping.

Absolutely NOT I ordered a dress for a wedding last November. The picture online was gorgeous and I was very excited to try it on. The shipping time wasn't terribly long but once it arrived, wow, it was the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. Then I tried it on and there where openings in places there should not be openings. So I reached out to the company and they offered me a full store credit with a discount code. I replied and accepted along with praises on great customer service. Dec 2023 I placed my replacement order which was a jumpsuit for myself that I can knock around in all day while I paint (I'm an artist), given the quality of the previous order I figured it was probably my best bet to just order something I don't mind getting paint on. I have been waiting three months for it's arrival. I have reached out to them no less than 6 times with absolutely no response back. I will NEVER order from this store again and I came here to write this review in order to warn anyone else who is thinking of embarking on this same journey with this scum company. Absolutely not, don't do it.

I did not receive a confirmation email but will buy again… I did not receive a confirmation email of order which concerned me, but I got an email saying it was shipped and they sent me a follow up email saying it was on its way. The items were lovely, really great quality and fit as per the guide. Will be buying again for sure.

Cancel any cards after purchasing from them I placed an order online. Only received an email confirming the order that never came. Further, I can no longer access the site on any of my technology devices. When I try to access the site it asks for a store password. Never received responses to any of my 4 emails to customer service. Never got a response on a social media DM. Ended up canceling my card and opening a dispute claim with my bank. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

This is not a company but a scam This is not a company but a scam. Purchased clothing that I never received, have sent multiple emails with no response. Now if I try to go the website it says it’s not available. I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews on here as I am guessing they wrote them and responded to them themselves. I bought through PayPay so was able to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
