This website seems to be a scam This website seems to be a scam. You place an order and it receive no confirmation or updates on shipment. I wrote to the customer service email and received no response. The phone number listed on their website goes straight to voicemail.

Scam website Scam website. I placed an order on 1 Nov, no tracking provided after multiple emails. Raised a case with PayPal, yet to be resolved. Out of 2 items ordered, only 1 was shipped. It looks completely different and the material isn’t as described. Other item was no longer in stock according to Wiholl, promised a refund over a month ago without any further action. It has been over 2 months, no refund or further reply from Wiholl. Terrible service and definitely a scam website.

Cancel any cards after purchasing from them I placed an order online. Only received an email confirming the order that never came. Further, I can no longer access the site on any of my technology devices. When I try to access the site it asks for a store password. Never received responses to any of my 4 emails to customer service. Never got a response on a social media DM. Ended up canceling my card and opening a dispute claim with my bank. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

Absolutely NOT I ordered a dress for a wedding last November. The picture online was gorgeous and I was very excited to try it on. The shipping time wasn't terribly long but once it arrived, wow, it was the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. Then I tried it on and there where openings in places there should not be openings. So I reached out to the company and they offered me a full store credit with a discount code. I replied and accepted along with praises on great customer service. Dec 2023 I placed my replacement order which was a jumpsuit for myself that I can knock around in all day while I paint (I'm an artist), given the quality of the previous order I figured it was probably my best bet to just order something I don't mind getting paint on. I have been waiting three months for it's arrival. I have reached out to them no less than 6 times with absolutely no response back. I will NEVER order from this store again and I came here to write this review in order to warn anyone else who is thinking of embarking on this same journey with this scum company. Absolutely not, don't do it.
