The phone # is a message that there are no operators available to help. EVERYTIME. I leave a message daily. It is now December 15th. My order has not even processed! But they have charged my card. absolutely scam, don’t shop here ever. been over 70 days since i’ve ordered and nothing has arrived. shop app says i’ve been refunded but nothing has been put back into my bank account. the shop is extremely hard to contact and no one ever replies back. no contact from the store so i doubt i’ve actually been refunded. i’ve been robbed.
