NZPlaced order on 10th of December Placed order on 10th of December. No update since. No answer on any of my emails, not even canceling one. Haven't receive my refund either. Site is scam and I reported it to my bank.

AUabsolutely scam, don’t shop here ever. been over 70 days since i’ve ordered and nothing has arrived. shop app says i’ve been refunded but nothing has been put back into my bank account. the shop is extremely hard to contact and no one ever replies back. no contact from the store so i doubt i’ve actually been refunded. i’ve been robbed.

GBI like the looks of the pen I like the looks of the pen, and it arrived safely. However, I was a bit disappointed to find it came without any ink cartridges -- which wasn't made clear on the web page.
