The phone # is a message that there are no operators available to help. EVERYTIME. I leave a message daily. It is now December 15th. My order has not even processed! But they have charged my card. Extremely disappointed ! I received an empty box ! The box was however sealed. It was filled with craft paper and at the bottom I found a flexible amazon prime envelope which was open and empty. Only an amazon.com invoice in the amount of 19.99 USD remained ! I am extremely disappointed to have waited more than six weeks and paid more than 30€ for such a result ...!

Save your money, or shop on Ebay or Amazon.
