Horrible shipping to Canada Bought an item before Covid and they had at the time of shipping if you didn't have it with in 60 days you would get a refund. My product didn't come till after 90 days they told me they would not refund me and blamed shipping on Covid. The shipping sucked the customer service sucked would definitely be concerned about this place before purchasing. I will not be buying anything from this website any longer.

LOOONG delivery time. Placed an order and an entire month later nothing. When I try tracking the package never left China. Update: 16 days later I received my package, so 6+ weeks to get the order but I got it.

Happy with the service My drone arrived in the expected delivery time. Really high quality and enjoyed using it. Tracking was very useful and kept me updated. I'll be coming back for future gifts for sure. Can't say a bad word about Sweet and Rosy! I'll be recommending to my family too because they have such a wide range of gifts available.

This company is one of the worst l have… This company is one of the worst l have ever dealt with. I ordered and it took so in getting it and then it arrived while was on vacation. I didn't like the fit, so l sent them back in the original package. That was in February l was told that they couldn't give me a full refund because l sent it to manufacturing instead to the office. But they offered 30% refund lol .What a rip off no merchandise or money refund. I asked for the manufacturing address and told it is closed now. They didn't even send the address. I'll definitely research better in the future and never get in this situation again.

I would never recommend this company I would never recommend this company. Product is defective and they want me to ship back to the United Kingdom. They should have done quality control because if you purchase 4 items and 2 don’t fit right and they were identical items just different colors. They should have a place in USA to return defects. I would advise other people not to use this company Sweet and rosy
