I need my money back My order #13093 was confirmed on April 30,2020 at 2:10pm,$39.95 On May 3,2020 at 8:00pm order was shipped. I’m still wondering were is my order,I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I need my money back. They need to stop using Cornovirus, I’ve received over a hundred packages since March. Stop taking our money

This company is one of the worst l have… This company is one of the worst l have ever dealt with. I ordered and it took so in getting it and then it arrived while was on vacation. I didn't like the fit, so l sent them back in the original package. That was in February l was told that they couldn't give me a full refund because l sent it to manufacturing instead to the office. But they offered 30% refund lol .What a rip off no merchandise or money refund. I asked for the manufacturing address and told it is closed now. They didn't even send the address. I'll definitely research better in the future and never get in this situation again.

Stay far far away. If you are looking to get an order withing the year GO ELSEWHERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If I could give a negative star I most definitely would. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. You will wait at least over a month to even hear from after buying. Oh and do not expect any kind of support from the company. This is the biggest waste of money and time. I ordered a gift on Thanksgiving and now it is Christmas Eve and my gift never came I ordered for my wife talk about a Christmas demolition. I will never order not recommend this worthless company absolutely disguised......... thank you for completely ruining Christmas pos.

Bad quality/ good service I wouldn’t say my experience is terrible because I ordered a phone case and it came and I actually liked it but I didn’t trust it. The first time I dropped it the case broke, so definitely cheap products. However when I emailed them, they were quick to respond and gave me a full refund upon request.

Amendment to previous review Wrote poor review about sandals Recently and was going to give them away but thought better of it. Sent them back to UK depot telling them I’d taken photos of original packing, hard copy of invoice, padded Jiffy bag I’d returned them in, copies of signed for and proof of delivery receipts. Got my money back with 3 days! So very pleased. Returns service far better than product so have amended my review. They should have had 2.5 as product still poor , but was generous as no opportunity to score .5
