USI love my tumbler! It took some time to receive my tumbler, but that's expected with special orders. I bought it for my new positionat work so I could stop bringing water bottles everyday, and I absolutley love it! I have a pittie at home that's is the best girl ever, and this cup shows I'm an advocate for the breed!

USTop Notch Customer Service This company has the best customer service I’ve experienced in at least the last 5 years. I ordered some custom door mats. Unfortunately, the print was a little messed up. I thought for sure that there was nothing to be done. Usually custom orders are final sales but, Lily at Coolspod was very kind when she addressed my concerns and reassured me that my FREE replacement will be up to par and delivered to my door at no cost to me. Mistakes happen; people are human but, Lily was accommodating and answered all my questions with a positive attitude and I left the conversation feeling better than I did when it started. Gold stars for Lily and Coolspod! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

USItem was smaller than a normal medium… Item was smaller than a normal medium tshirt. It was a gift and when held up to several other tshirts in the medium size it’s more of a small. Person will not be able to wear the shirt because it is too small. Fast shipping and easy ordering was nice. Would suggest sizing up when ordering.

USThis store illegally steals artwork and… This store illegally steals artwork and sells them on shirts without permission from the original artist. My cousin’s original painting that was painted to raise money for charity is one of these stolen artworks. Coolspod has not responded to our requests to remove the artwork from their site. They are literally stealing from kids with cancer!!! Shame on you. Is it so hard to design your own artwork?

USCustomer service was great ! My husband and I ordered a blanket for our oldest daughter, Upon getting the blanket we got the wrong item. I contacted customer service right away to let them know of the issue and they responded promptly and said our blanket replacement would be sent. I was worried that it would still be wrong because we changed the wording on the end a bit. We received the replacement exactly as we asked.
