Poor Communication! I ordered two pairs of shoes about two weeks ago and I haven’t yet received one email of when they were on their way or if the order is even being processed! Very little communication! Am I even getting my shoes?🤷🏼‍♀️

Don’t buy I’ve contacted customer service 3 times asking how to return shoes that are too small, first response tells me to give to someone else , 2nd response they emphasize that I have to pay the very expensive fee to return, I just asked again for information to return! It seems everyone has same issues , cannot receive refunds !

Bunch of cowboys. If I could have given a lower star rating it would be minus 10. Totally useless company. Sent the wrong size shoes and when I sent them photographic evidence. Their ( Support), Serena informed me that they couldn't guarantee that they could supply the size ordered. Order from these cowboys at your own risk.

Every fkn thing was wrong Every fkn thing was wrong! My Dann boots don't fit and the quality was nothing like what I saw online!! HIGHWAY FKN ROBBERY IS WHAT I CALL IT!! I NEED MY DAMN MoNEY BACK..I WON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE AGAIN AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER!!
