GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. I'm having the same exact issue with ALBUMZ. I think my daughter found these companies on her social media pages which must be where these companies advertise. Been 2.5 weeks for both companies, getting shipment info. Run around even though I was PRETTY sure they said it would arrive in time for Christmas. Either they are scams, or there are serious staffing issues like they are trying to claim. I will update this if I do get the shipment.

GBBe aware!!!! This company is now also running squidgameplanet.com. I ordered 2 squid game tracksuits for my daughters for halloween and it originally looked legit as I was sent a text with link to track my order. The order said it was delivered and it has not and I have emailed them about it with no response! I am going to see if i can get my money back but like everyone else do not purchase from this company or from the squidgameplanet.com website

GBSlow shipping, but Good quality for the price I’m not paid by Nasmas nor affiliated in any way and I initially came to this place because I wasn’t able to track my order that I placed at the beginning on December. Needless to say, the 3 Among Us sweaters I ordered for my kids did not arrive in time for Christmas 2020, but neither did many other parcels from friends and families. Today, January 06, I received the 3 sweaters in the mail. My kids were overjoyed even though Christmas is long gone, but it’s like an extended Christmas. The sweaters are all well worth the price, the reason I gave it only 4stars is that the tracking was not clear and traceable. That being said, knowing what timeline to expect now, I would definitely order from this company again for the price and what you get.

GBBeware!!!!! I have been waiting shipping updates and information for my order placed December 3rd. It has been 20 days since and I have no package or updated information about my package. My nephews are going to be so disappointed this Christmas l, as these were their gifts. Customer service is either an automated email response and no one picks up the phone... awful experience. Will never use this site again. Beware!

GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????
