GBPoor experience with this company Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!

GBSweatshirts not arrived in 1-3 days - will they ever???? Ordered sweatshirts for my daughter on 12/11 with 1-3 day shipping have not received it. Says it shipped and it says order moving on 12/16 and nothing since. I checked a few sites before I ordered to see if Nasmas was legit - and it seemed a new site, but ok. Trust pilot reviews unfortunately did not come back in the search results at that time!!! The site said they were official merchandisers for Among Us - if they aren’t surely this is misrepresentation / fraud. Will now investigate how to get our money back??

GBBe aware!!!! This company is now also running squidgameplanet.com. I ordered 2 squid game tracksuits for my daughters for halloween and it originally looked legit as I was sent a text with link to track my order. The order said it was delivered and it has not and I have emailed them about it with no response! I am going to see if i can get my money back but like everyone else do not purchase from this company or from the squidgameplanet.com website

GBI ordered 25cm large Among us teddies… I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies early December, they arrived in the new year, however they were small teddies, they tried fobbing me off, asking for proof etc, once they received everything, they stopped replying. Thankfully I purchased the teddies through PayPal, I’ve raised a case, returned the items at a cost. Do not order, definitely not worth the hassle!!!

GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????
