GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????

GBBeware!!!!! I have been waiting shipping updates and information for my order placed December 3rd. It has been 20 days since and I have no package or updated information about my package. My nephews are going to be so disappointed this Christmas l, as these were their gifts. Customer service is either an automated email response and no one picks up the phone... awful experience. Will never use this site again. Beware!

GBi recently bought a gift for christmas… i recently bought a gift for christmas and was worried about how long it would take to arrive. I looked at the 3 day shipping and thought end of november would be long enough. by searching Nasmas i got worried thinking it was a scam, so many reviews from India giving 5 stars, the company showing different addresses as the product from china but says its an American brand.I was very worried i had been scammed until the hoodie and plushie, i ordered arrived on Christmas eve. really good product and was well packaged just the length of time it took to arrive is what really put me off. if it arrived past Christmas I wouldn't rate it as high but it came before Christmas and the product was actually really good. i suggest putting an order in atleast 1 month before you actually want it

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for Christmas, in fact in November, the 20th, thinking a month would be plenty of time coming from USA lots of time. Absolutely wrong. Haha! They are in China, not America. First deception. I’ve contacted them several times, responses are “in the plane”, “with Hermes”. All rubbish. 20th December update arrival import airport, Heathrow. Clearly it won’t be here in time. The online chat was appalling, emails generic, unless pressed for more information, even then sparse, none of it true, very deceptive and dishonest. I’m glad I paid with PayPal so I can dispute this. Honestly avoid Nasmas like the plague or Covid-19.

GBFound out a little too late… Found out a little too late that they were selling fraudulent merchandise and never giving tracking numbers for items. Became suspicious when I noticed errors in their emails with no punctuation etc and run on sentences . After reading reviews I see that this is a pattern. Buyer beware.
