The order status hasn’t been updated since December 9. It’s January 6th, still nothing. They don’t even answer to the e-mails. I’m smelling scam here. Not recommended...

i recently bought a gift for christmas… i recently bought a gift for christmas and was worried about how long it would take to arrive. I looked at the 3 day shipping and thought end of november would be long enough. by searching Nasmas i got worried thinking it was a scam, so many reviews from India giving 5 stars, the company showing different addresses as the product from china but says its an American brand.I was very worried i had been scammed until the hoodie and plushie, i ordered arrived on Christmas eve. really good product and was well packaged just the length of time it took to arrive is what really put me off. if it arrived past Christmas I wouldn't rate it as high but it came before Christmas and the product was actually really good. i suggest putting an order in atleast 1 month before you actually want it

Worse company I have ordered from They say they ship within 1-3 business days, so why does it take over 2 weeks before you get a tracking number? Parcel ordered on 10th December, carrier didn’t receive until 29th December how is that shipped in 1-3 days? Then took another 2 days before leaving Shanghai. Totally false advertising and have no idea where items are? Will never order from them again. Am looking at contacting PayPal for refund.

I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies… I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies early December, they arrived in the new year, however they were small teddies, they tried fobbing me off, asking for proof etc, once they received everything, they stopped replying. Thankfully I purchased the teddies through PayPal, I’ve raised a case, returned the items at a cost. Do not order, definitely not worth the hassle!!!

Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised.
