HUI placed my order December 3th I placed my order at December 3th, 4 among us plushies. Nothing arrived jet. I contacted to the support several time. They could give me no relevant answer “just wait”. The order status hasn’t been updated since December 9. It’s January 6th, still nothing. They don’t even answer to the e-mails. I’m smelling scam here. Not recommended...

GBI have a bridge for sale you may be interested in... Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. GBBeware!!!!! I have been waiting shipping updates and information for my order placed December 3rd. It has been 20 days since and I have no package or updated information about my package. My nephews are going to be so disappointed this Christmas l, as these were their gifts. Customer service is either an automated email response and no one picks up the phone... awful experience. Will never use this site again. Beware!

GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????

GBDo not waste your time sad how… Do not waste your time sad how misleading this "company" is portraying themselves on the website , My order is for 100.00 and my 4 year old son wanted these plush sooo bad site states 1-3 day shipping appearing to be U.S. based come to find out it coming from Asia with no update on my order since Dec. 10th. At still processing I will be calling my bank and whoever else I need to if they don't gracefully accept my cancellation
