Horrible communication Horrible communication. I ordered my among us plushies on the 2nd under the impression that with their 1-3 day shipping that I would receive them before Christmas. Did NOT happen, I JUST received them today Jan 6th. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I was expecting a 9 inch among us plushie, they are 6-7 depending on which ones I measure and horrible quality. I also only received 2 of them with squeakers out of the 6. They also look nothing like the photo. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend.

I have a bridge for sale you may be interested in... Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. NEVER AGAIN This is ridiculous I knew I should have read before purchasing. I am needing my order before Christmas and with all these reviews I may not even get my order AT ALL!!! I will be disputing my transaction if this isnt taken care of and promised 1-3 shipping as site states.

I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.

i recently bought a gift for christmas… i recently bought a gift for christmas and was worried about how long it would take to arrive. I looked at the 3 day shipping and thought end of november would be long enough. by searching Nasmas i got worried thinking it was a scam, so many reviews from India giving 5 stars, the company showing different addresses as the product from china but says its an American brand.I was very worried i had been scammed until the hoodie and plushie, i ordered arrived on Christmas eve. really good product and was well packaged just the length of time it took to arrive is what really put me off. if it arrived past Christmas I wouldn't rate it as high but it came before Christmas and the product was actually really good. i suggest putting an order in atleast 1 month before you actually want it
