Horrible communication Horrible communication. I ordered my among us plushies on the 2nd under the impression that with their 1-3 day shipping that I would receive them before Christmas. Did NOT happen, I JUST received them today Jan 6th. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I was expecting a 9 inch among us plushie, they are 6-7 depending on which ones I measure and horrible quality. I also only received 2 of them with squeakers out of the 6. They also look nothing like the photo. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies… I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies early December, they arrived in the new year, however they were small teddies, they tried fobbing me off, asking for proof etc, once they received everything, they stopped replying. Thankfully I purchased the teddies through PayPal, I’ve raised a case, returned the items at a cost. Do not order, definitely not worth the hassle!!!

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for Christmas, in fact in November, the 20th, thinking a month would be plenty of time coming from USA lots of time. Absolutely wrong. Haha! They are in China, not America. First deception. I’ve contacted them several times, responses are “in the plane”, “with Hermes”. All rubbish. 20th December update arrival import airport, Heathrow. Clearly it won’t be here in time. The online chat was appalling, emails generic, unless pressed for more information, even then sparse, none of it true, very deceptive and dishonest. I’m glad I paid with PayPal so I can dispute this. Honestly avoid Nasmas like the plague or Covid-19.

I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.
