Poor experience with this company Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!

I have a bridge for sale you may be interested in... Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.

I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies… I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies early December, they arrived in the new year, however they were small teddies, they tried fobbing me off, asking for proof etc, once they received everything, they stopped replying. Thankfully I purchased the teddies through PayPal, I’ve raised a case, returned the items at a cost. Do not order, definitely not worth the hassle!!!

Same as everyone else Same as everyone else. I'm having the same exact issue with ALBUMZ. I think my daughter found these companies on her social media pages which must be where these companies advertise. Been 2.5 weeks for both companies, getting shipment info. Run around even though I was PRETTY sure they said it would arrive in time for Christmas. Either they are scams, or there are serious staffing issues like they are trying to claim. I will update this if I do get the shipment.
