Poor experience with this company Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!

I have a bridge for sale you may be interested in... Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. i recently bought a gift for christmas… i recently bought a gift for christmas and was worried about how long it would take to arrive. I looked at the 3 day shipping and thought end of november would be long enough. by searching Nasmas i got worried thinking it was a scam, so many reviews from India giving 5 stars, the company showing different addresses as the product from china but says its an American brand.I was very worried i had been scammed until the hoodie and plushie, i ordered arrived on Christmas eve. really good product and was well packaged just the length of time it took to arrive is what really put me off. if it arrived past Christmas I wouldn't rate it as high but it came before Christmas and the product was actually really good. i suggest putting an order in atleast 1 month before you actually want it

Be aware!!!! This company is now also running squidgameplanet.com. I ordered 2 squid game tracksuits for my daughters for halloween and it originally looked legit as I was sent a text with link to track my order. The order said it was delivered and it has not and I have emailed them about it with no response! I am going to see if i can get my money back but like everyone else do not purchase from this company or from the squidgameplanet.com website

Worse company I have ordered from They say they ship within 1-3 business days, so why does it take over 2 weeks before you get a tracking number? Parcel ordered on 10th December, carrier didn’t receive until 29th December how is that shipped in 1-3 days? Then took another 2 days before leaving Shanghai. Totally false advertising and have no idea where items are? Will never order from them again. Am looking at contacting PayPal for refund.
