GBI placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.

GBNEVER AGAIN This is ridiculous I knew I should have read before purchasing. I am needing my order before Christmas and with all these reviews I may not even get my order AT ALL!!! I will be disputing my transaction if this isnt taken care of and promised 1-3 shipping as site states.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for Christmas, in fact in November, the 20th, thinking a month would be plenty of time coming from USA lots of time. Absolutely wrong. Haha! They are in China, not America. First deception. I’ve contacted them several times, responses are “in the plane”, “with Hermes”. All rubbish. 20th December update arrival import airport, Heathrow. Clearly it won’t be here in time. The online chat was appalling, emails generic, unless pressed for more information, even then sparse, none of it true, very deceptive and dishonest. I’m glad I paid with PayPal so I can dispute this. Honestly avoid Nasmas like the plague or Covid-19.

GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????

GBPoor experience with this company Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!
