I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.

Slow shipping, but Good quality for the price I’m not paid by Nasmas nor affiliated in any way and I initially came to this place because I wasn’t able to track my order that I placed at the beginning on December. Needless to say, the 3 Among Us sweaters I ordered for my kids did not arrive in time for Christmas 2020, but neither did many other parcels from friends and families. Today, January 06, I received the 3 sweaters in the mail. My kids were overjoyed even though Christmas is long gone, but it’s like an extended Christmas. The sweaters are all well worth the price, the reason I gave it only 4stars is that the tracking was not clear and traceable. That being said, knowing what timeline to expect now, I would definitely order from this company again for the price and what you get.

I have a bridge for sale you may be interested in... Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. Horrible communication Horrible communication. I ordered my among us plushies on the 2nd under the impression that with their 1-3 day shipping that I would receive them before Christmas. Did NOT happen, I JUST received them today Jan 6th. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I was expecting a 9 inch among us plushie, they are 6-7 depending on which ones I measure and horrible quality. I also only received 2 of them with squeakers out of the 6. They also look nothing like the photo. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend.

Poor experience with this company Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!
