Poor experience with this company Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!

Beware!!!!! I have been waiting shipping updates and information for my order placed December 3rd. It has been 20 days since and I have no package or updated information about my package. My nephews are going to be so disappointed this Christmas l, as these were their gifts. Customer service is either an automated email response and no one picks up the phone... awful experience. Will never use this site again. Beware!

Slow shipping, but Good quality for the price I’m not paid by Nasmas nor affiliated in any way and I initially came to this place because I wasn’t able to track my order that I placed at the beginning on December. Needless to say, the 3 Among Us sweaters I ordered for my kids did not arrive in time for Christmas 2020, but neither did many other parcels from friends and families. Today, January 06, I received the 3 sweaters in the mail. My kids were overjoyed even though Christmas is long gone, but it’s like an extended Christmas. The sweaters are all well worth the price, the reason I gave it only 4stars is that the tracking was not clear and traceable. That being said, knowing what timeline to expect now, I would definitely order from this company again for the price and what you get.

I have a bridge for sale you may be interested in... Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. Same experience as everyone else is… Same experience as everyone else is saying. I ordered on January 26, been in constant contact being told they are waiting for shipping info. I am literally begging for my money back. So frustrating and I purchased two pairs.
