Be aware!!!! This company is now also running squidgameplanet.com. I ordered 2 squid game tracksuits for my daughters for halloween and it originally looked legit as I was sent a text with link to track my order. The order said it was delivered and it has not and I have emailed them about it with no response! I am going to see if i can get my money back but like everyone else do not purchase from this company or from the squidgameplanet.com website

Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. Horrible communication Horrible communication. I ordered my among us plushies on the 2nd under the impression that with their 1-3 day shipping that I would receive them before Christmas. Did NOT happen, I JUST received them today Jan 6th. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I was expecting a 9 inch among us plushie, they are 6-7 depending on which ones I measure and horrible quality. I also only received 2 of them with squeakers out of the 6. They also look nothing like the photo. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend.

I placed my order December 3th I placed my order at December 3th, 4 among us plushies. Nothing arrived jet. I contacted to the support several time. They could give me no relevant answer “just wait”. The order status hasn’t been updated since December 9. It’s January 6th, still nothing. They don’t even answer to the e-mails. I’m smelling scam here. Not recommended...

Beware!!!!! I have been waiting shipping updates and information for my order placed December 3rd. It has been 20 days since and I have no package or updated information about my package. My nephews are going to be so disappointed this Christmas l, as these were their gifts. Customer service is either an automated email response and no one picks up the phone... awful experience. Will never use this site again. Beware!
