Same as everyone else Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????

Found out a little too late… Found out a little too late that they were selling fraudulent merchandise and never giving tracking numbers for items. Became suspicious when I noticed errors in their emails with no punctuation etc and run on sentences . After reading reviews I see that this is a pattern. Buyer beware.

I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies… I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies early December, they arrived in the new year, however they were small teddies, they tried fobbing me off, asking for proof etc, once they received everything, they stopped replying. Thankfully I purchased the teddies through PayPal, I’ve raised a case, returned the items at a cost. Do not order, definitely not worth the hassle!!!

I think my daughter found these companies on her social media pages which must be where these companies advertise. Been 2.5 weeks for both companies, getting shipment info. Run around even though I was PRETTY sure they said it would arrive in time for Christmas. Either they are scams, or there are serious staffing issues like they are trying to claim. I will update this if I do get the shipment.

I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.
