Do not waste your time sad how… Do not waste your time sad how misleading this "company" is portraying themselves on the website , My order is for 100.00 and my 4 year old son wanted these plush sooo bad site states 1-3 day shipping appearing to be U.S. based come to find out it coming from Asia with no update on my order since Dec. 10th. At still processing I will be calling my bank and whoever else I need to if they don't gracefully accept my cancellation

i recently bought a gift for christmas… i recently bought a gift for christmas and was worried about how long it would take to arrive. I looked at the 3 day shipping and thought end of november would be long enough. by searching Nasmas i got worried thinking it was a scam, so many reviews from India giving 5 stars, the company showing different addresses as the product from china but says its an American brand.I was very worried i had been scammed until the hoodie and plushie, i ordered arrived on Christmas eve. really good product and was well packaged just the length of time it took to arrive is what really put me off. if it arrived past Christmas I wouldn't rate it as high but it came before Christmas and the product was actually really good. i suggest putting an order in atleast 1 month before you actually want it

I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad… I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.

Slow shipping, but Good quality for the price I’m not paid by Nasmas nor affiliated in any way and I initially came to this place because I wasn’t able to track my order that I placed at the beginning on December. Needless to say, the 3 Among Us sweaters I ordered for my kids did not arrive in time for Christmas 2020, but neither did many other parcels from friends and families. Today, January 06, I received the 3 sweaters in the mail. My kids were overjoyed even though Christmas is long gone, but it’s like an extended Christmas. The sweaters are all well worth the price, the reason I gave it only 4stars is that the tracking was not clear and traceable. That being said, knowing what timeline to expect now, I would definitely order from this company again for the price and what you get.

Sweatshirts not arrived in 1-3 days - will they ever???? Ordered sweatshirts for my daughter on 12/11 with 1-3 day shipping have not received it. Says it shipped and it says order moving on 12/16 and nothing since. I checked a few sites before I ordered to see if Nasmas was legit - and it seemed a new site, but ok. Trust pilot reviews unfortunately did not come back in the search results at that time!!! The site said they were official merchandisers for Among Us - if they aren’t surely this is misrepresentation / fraud. Will now investigate how to get our money back??
