Do not order from this company Do not order from this company They charged my account on the day the order was placed it has been almost a month and I still have not received my order or any reply regarding my order This company is Fraud there isn't even a way to request a cancellation. I have tried so many times to contact them and was unable to. This was a Christmas gift for my son and it's very sad that it won't be received

I ordered from this site I ordered from this site. Five days later I got a notice saying that they hadn't heard from me, so they cancelled my order. I went back into my email and verified that I had received nothing from them requiring me to confirm my order. So, it seems they just cancelled my order for no reason.

Scam company Scam company. Buyer beware ! They will list sham products on their site only to lure customers into purchasing and getting their credit card info. Then they will cancel the order citing some random bs reason like "inventory was not updated, item out of stock, quality issue" etc. Once they get your credit card info, they will then sell it or start unauthorized purchases with it. Stay away from this elaborate scam.

Do Not order from this company. There would be no stars if this were… There would be no stars if this were possible. Do not order from this company. I ordered something yesterday and attempted to immediately cancel the order as this company appears suspicious. We were not able to immediately cancel it. I called today and they sent me a text to cancel order. No ability to speak with someone and they said if one cancels after 24 hours there will be a fee to cancel which I am not going to pay. I alerted my credit card company . So frustrating. We did not do our usual checking a place out before ordering and this is what happened. That mistake will not happen again.

Ordered a backpack for Christmas… Ordered a backpack for Christmas received with no problem, BUT ordered another on 12/26 but still haven’t received. I started a “ticket” and responded twice with no response yet??? Please help. They reached out after this post and said it was lost in the mail. Today finally received my refund. Will not order again, not dependable.
