AVAILABLITY SHOWN IS A LIE Took my credit card info even though they had NONE of my items in stock. So they immediately cancelled my order. Now they have my payment for 3-5 business days when the order should never have been processed. Rip-off - stay away. And they are STILL showing that quantities and various sizes of the hand sanitizer I was looking for (elyptol) are still available for shipment.

I ordered something yesterday and attempted to immediately cancel the order as this company appears suspicious. We were not able to immediately cancel it. I called today and they sent me a text to cancel order. No ability to speak with someone and they said if one cancels after 24 hours there will be a fee to cancel which I am not going to pay. I alerted my credit card company . So frustrating. We did not do our usual checking a place out before ordering and this is what happened. That mistake will not happen again.
