Don’t ever buy anything from Poshmark Don’t ever buy anything from Poshmark. My experience with Poshmark was horrible. i cancelled order before it was shipped and the seller shipped it anyway. The item was not as expected or descriptive by seller and Poshmark would not allow me to return it. The customer service is horrible and I want to warn everyone about doing business with Poshmark. This is the worse company that I have ever did business with.

I will never buy from this company… I will never buy from this company again. I'll also stop selling there too. After losing money on purchases that either reek of various things, don't work with no option to return. I just bought headphones & one doesn't work. I was out of town when they arrived & thought after years of using poshmark that one has 7 days to accept an item. It turns out you have 72 hrs to report an item or sale final. This is a joke. I wasted $120 plus tax and shipping, money just down the drain. I'd caution anyone using this unless you are ok with this.

Mcmboutique(Poshmark) Poshmark itself is probably not a bad company. However this particular seller “massielcl” is a complete scam. I ordered my daughter a dress from her and it was too small and the material was cheaply made. I was not upset about it. I simply reached out to return and possibly get a refund. Their return policy stated you can’t get a refund after 3 days of receiving the item(I was not aware at the time). The seller was very unprofessional!!! I initially was not even going to review the item until she had such a nasty tone. I’m not even a person to get upset or bash sellers because it’s their livelyhood and things happen. However she was horrible. I stopped messaging her and reached out to poshmark. She kept messaging me and making snarky remarks. If you come across her shop “McmBoutique”…run!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Being really honest this company needs to be shut down..I was told by the seller that my items would be shipped in 2 -4 days.well it never happened. Cannot contact the seller it's like she has gone..customer service is horrible..They took my money and my order has not even been shipped.they say it's been placed..Horrible Horrible ppl..DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE..DONT DO IT..PLEASE DONT...
