1st time buyer on Poshmark Iam a 1st time buyer on Poshmark, i bought my wife a $750 Louis Vuitton purse in March of 2024 from a seller on Poshmark. The purse had to go through the authentication facility at Poshmark HQ. The purse was authenticated and has been waiting pickup by usps. Its been 4 weeks with no update on tracking and very little response from poshmark. They still have no idea where the package is or when its supposed to be shipped or delivered. Ive never dealt with this issue before buying online from other places like ebay or amazon. The customer support from Poshmark was so non existent that I eventually had to create an account on X to get in contact with someone. I will NEVER buy from Poshmark ever again.

Poshmark SCAM When I received Clarks sandals, I knew immediately they were knock offs. They were uncomfortable and cheaply made. After contacting Poshmark, over and over again, they still paid the seller and closed the Return request.

Hard to return broken item Bought blow dryer. It was broken. You only have 3 days to complain. I am not home. Item checked by my child. Opened complaint. Now only have 48 hours to submit pictures. Picture will not show air button does not work. Was supposed to be shipped usps and arrive after I got home. Shipped ups. Arrived early. Do not buy electronics in poshmark. I ordered Rodan&Fields Lashboost from… I ordered Rodan&Fields Lashboost from Poshmark because it was a good deal. I smartly kept my almost empty tube. It arrived in an older Rodan&Fields package and had an entirely different smell and consistency. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything ever again from Poshmark.

Don’t ever buy anything from Poshmark Don’t ever buy anything from Poshmark. My experience with Poshmark was horrible. i cancelled order before it was shipped and the seller shipped it anyway. The item was not as expected or descriptive by seller and Poshmark would not allow me to return it. The customer service is horrible and I want to warn everyone about doing business with Poshmark. This is the worse company that I have ever did business with.
