Bad product Battery explosive within two days of use and cause defect in my remote control. Battery acid were everywhere, need to purchase new remote for fire stick and company want help, only gave 5 dollars store credit when 12.00 dollars was spent and want help purchase another remote.

Scam Scam. Stay away! Never received. Showing “delivered “, but I have cameras. Claimed they would re-ship….also “delivered”, still nothing. Finally after 4 months, said would refund me. Refunded me only $2.19! Less than 5% value for the order. Lesson learned.

Class action lawsuit should come into play here. They emailed me … when I asked about tracking they said they would issue a 5% credit. Total nonsense. Today the fraudulent “tracker” told me order was in mailbox/courtyard …. Nothing. Then I decided to dig in. Fraud. Total fraud. And they have my address name and credit card. Someone who is lawyer should reach out to all of us and get a suit.
