Never received items Never received items. Emailed to enquire about where products were… no response

Avoid explosions..... Hollar junkie is now being extra aware of items that can burst during shipping. Since Hollar's shipping profile is stuff it all in one flimsy box, cleansing powder, shampoo, detergent, baking soda, etc. that have crush-prone side can easily fall victim and cover the contents of box. I have received three damaged shipments, reported one. Was requested emailed photo proof and found this is too much hassle when you just want to toss it. Reeling my Hollar purchases way back, sorry to say. It was fun while it lasted.

I ordered a few things and it's been… I ordered a few things and it's been over a week and my items still haven't shipped. This is getting ridiculous. Then when you email them, they don't even look into your issue, just tell you it'll be sent soon. Worst experience ever. Note: day 11 after ordering, still hasn't been shipped. I will let it sit through til Tuesday of next week before I cancel. Talked to customer service, still refused to give me a specific reason beyond holiday shipping times.

Satisfied customer I live in an area of Chicago where there aren't any dollar stores. I found Hollar a few years ago. I started ordering large and small orders because shipping was free with a membership. Last year they discontinued the membership, that's why I rated 4 stars. So now I wait until I need to order enough for free shipping. I love the selection of products and the great value. I've never receive poor quailty. The shipment is always well packed. I've ordered everything from tissues to small appliences.

Placed an order on April 28,2023 Update; I sent a email again and this is what came back; Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. (Which was the Hollar Store email address, unfortunately this review won’t let me include the email in my review.) Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up. It’s a scam site. Placed an order on April 28,2023. Tracked the order until May 10,2023, when they said it was delivered. It was not delivered, I informed them of that and they just keep replying with the same tracking link. Emails come from someone named Vivian, but never any communication besides that. This is a scam site, they charged my card and never sent the items.
