USNo communication on required documents - which differs per position This company will reject and throw out your application before telling you what the required documents are. I've tried to apply to four jobs now. Later I see they threw out my application for something as simple as a drivers license. I can easily upload that. Why wouldn't they message or communicate that this position would like the drivers license in order to submit? No, they do not communicate that. Instead, they just throw out your application without communicating. That is not a sign of professionalism nor a good company.

USGuaranteed hours Nomad gives you guaranteed hours so if you’re cancelled by the facility you’ll get paid for those hours. They don’t offer guaranteed hours if you get canceled of during a holiday week or during a week you called in sick. I think this shouldn’t be because if you’re cancelled for every shift during a holiday week you don’t get paid. I understand not giving guaranteed hours for a holiday shift but for the entire week it’s ludicrous. Not a bad company but needs a tone of improvements.

USOnly NBSTSA NEED APPLY!!! Its not fair that all the Surgical Tech jobs are posted for "ONLY" NBSTSA CERT. Nomad should advertise that only NBSTSA CERT scrub techs are only to apply because if your are certified through NCCT you need not waste your time even if you have 20+ yrs exp of Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, GYN, GEN. You will not get submitted. By the time they answer you back the job is gone. To have one hospital say they will accept your NCCT cert. You never hear back from NOMAD. THEY ARE A JOKE.

USI love being part of the Nomad team I love being part of the Nomad team. Everyone has always been helpful and resourceful. If there every is a problem, they are up to the task of finding an answer. Recently, I had a contract that was canceled prior to my start date. As soon as it happened, my navigator called to let me know so, that I could start looking for another contract. Sure enough, I had another offer within 2 days.

USI know you are all doing a great job. I know you are all doing a great job. I would like to suggest that, given my experience with application submissions, that frequently asked questions, some of which are already included in profiles, be included in applications. Questions like: who was your manager, clinical experience, etc. I am a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RN. I do hope that is already showing in my profile. I am saying this because time is of great essence. Thank you.
