When it arrived, I realized it was not quite big enough, so I contacted support to see if I can swap for an XXL. They were happy to send me the new jersey in an extremely timely manner and it arrived in just a couple of days. The customer service was phenomenal through the entire process, I will certainly be back for future purchases!

Excellent Customer Service! Customer service was excellent. First, I was stoked because I wanted an Arsenal 22/23 third jersey and they are hard to find as the 23/24 jerseys have been released. However, soccer uniform kits had them so I bought one! There was a defect in the initial jersey I received. Emailed some photos to the company and within a few hours I had a response from the company stating they would be sending a replacement. The replacement jersey showed up several days later, no defects. They communicated promptly during the entire process with updates and it was obvious I was communicating with an actual person (which is rare these days!). This is a company that stands by their product and prioritizes a positive experience for their customers. Highly recommended
