Great customer service Great customer service. One shirt lost in USPS land so refunded ASAP. No questions if you want to return a shirt for any reason

Shipping from China - Never Arrived Ordered a jersey and a couple days later on March 28th, tracking information was provided. It showed that the jersey was coming from China via post. After about 2 weeks it finally makes it to the US into customs. It was there another week. Now the package is lost in the system and I am not getting much help from Football World. All in all, the experience has been terrible. Not really expecting much help from Footbal World at this point. It all seems very shady / scammy.

This was my first experience with this… This was my first experience with this company. Therefore, a little skeptical. However, the communication was great and reassuring. The response time was quick. The product I ordered was of excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. The date is because I don't remember the exact order date. It was a Christmas gift.

Pedro Pedro, one of the company’s owners I believe is the definition of excellent customer service. He always emails you back very quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

Happy shopper Price, quality, quick shipping. I did most of my grandsons Christmas shopping from this web site and hope they are as happy as I am. And I really hope there is know problems should they have to return anything.
