This was my first experience with this… This was my first experience with this company. Therefore, a little skeptical. However, the communication was great and reassuring. The response time was quick. The product I ordered was of excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. The date is because I don't remember the exact order date. It was a Christmas gift.

Long Delivery Times, Items as Described They delivered the item as ordered on their projected delivery timeline. Removing one star because the delivery times are so long. 4+ weeks for a jersey? Why?

These guys care about your order!! I customized the Name on one of my jerseys but the customization was not listed on the receipt or confirmation email. So I needed to ask if the customization had been received (or lost) and was PROMPTLY responded to (in less than 5 minutes!) that they had received the correct details. This was a HUGE relief. I was expecting a long battle trying to get an answer! lol Sorry that's just the way of the world it seems nowadays... Hopefully they fix their site to carry the details of my order (including customizations) through to the receipt and email confirmations but this does not reflect at all on their STELLAR service!
