Mrs G. Plainfield. Purchased a Pure X low deflection pool cue. It arrived well before expected. Had difficulty controlling the cue felt shaft was too narrow and the weight wasn't quite right. Notified Billiards King and spoke with Rich. He suggested changing the shaft and adjusting weight. After the adjustments, pool stick was a perfect match. Excellent customer service.
