Got a bad product,not his fault,emailed… Got a bad product,not his fault,emailed them didn't ask for another,BUT I didn't have to they got right back with said they would refund or send another,didn't have to argue or anything and it wasn't there fault but they still replaced it no questions asked,they get your orders to you fast and awnser any emails you send,would highly recommend BilliardKings,top notch customer service....Oh and they also send you a cool sticker....thx for taking care of me BilliardKings,goes a long way with where imma order my billiards needs from now on

Product was what i expected one BIG issue… Product was what i expected no issues there, however when I paid for one day shipping through USPS I didnt expect it to travel from NJ to SC to return to VA, package arrived 4 days late. If I decide to buy again it will be shipped UPS not USPS
