Excellent Keilys has been excellent to do business with, either on-line or over the phone. They have what we need and ship right away!

It took 3 phone calls to an answering… It took 3 phone calls to an answering machine and 1 unanswered email to get a tracking number 12 days after i ordered irish dancing shoes. My shoes will now not be here in time for my girls and i am left scrambling. Bottom line: customer service is wretched. Do not order unless you have no time restraint.
