GBIf I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. I have placed a few orders over the years. Every. Single. Order. Was. Wrong. Why did I order again? Hope triumphing over experience I guess. And not wanting to pay shipping out of the country as other US vendors did not have my size. So on to this train wreck. I ordered a pair of Hullachan H4 ghillies on 3/15/21. On 3/19/21 I received the H3 model. Not what I ordered. Then the email chain ensued, with me having to explain how the shoes were different (they sell the shoes! They should know the difference), going so far as to send photos of what I ordered, what I received, and photos of both models from the hullachan site. Then it took a few more emails to get the return label. I received a call today regarding the refund. There was no reorder, and they had the audacity to try to keep the original shipping! Unacceptable. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend.

GBCRAP Customer Service The shoes arrived a week after I ordered, which was amazing. Unfortunatly I ordered the wrong size so I returned them the next day. HOWEVER, three weeks later I have not received the new shoes AND I have placed 5 phone calls and IM with their FB account with still no response! Crappy customer service. I won't even get into the backordered socks that are now a month behind......

GBIt took 3 phone calls to an answering… It took 3 phone calls to an answering machine and 1 unanswered email to get a tracking number 12 days after i ordered irish dancing shoes. My shoes will now not be here in time for my girls and i am left scrambling. Bottom line: customer service is wretched. Do not order unless you have no time restraint.

GBI ordered from Reilly's online I ordered from Reilly's online. I received an email confirming my order. My bank account was debited. Two weeks lateer, I still haven't received my product. Their website says my order is pending. I've tried emailing , but never got a response. I tried calling, but no one ever answers. I've left 2 voicemails, when the voicemail picks up, and no has responded. I messaged them on thier Facebook page and never got a repsonse. Complete ripoff! I've contacted my bank to try and get my money back.
