GBI never received the tee shirt that I… I never received the tee shirt that I had ordered. After sending them an inquiry I received a very brief response saying “ I will look into it” . Sent another text to them about a week later saying my account had been deducted for the shirt. No response. I went back to my order confirmation and lo and behold there was a tracking number now. The shirt arrived shortly after but one seam was split. Fixed it myself

AUAwesome service! I had been trying to purchase a Celtic striped rugby jumper for a few months. Most sites where they were available did not post to Australia. I arranged a freight forwarding address in the US with Australia post and placed my order, hoping for the best. Not a few hours later and I was emailed by Dmitri, explaining that addresses to post to and my credit card didn’t match. I explained the situation to him, and he arranged a couple of quotes for postage to Australia. He recommended one in particular that I was happy with and after a bit of back of forth we arranged payment through PayPal and my package arrived today, exactly as requested. I can now replace my 20 year old jumper with this new one! Only suggestion would be to have PayPal option available at checkout, along with international postage options. Very happy with the service offered.
