GBThis company does an awful job by… This company does an awful job by hiring legit people to represent others. We put an offer on a home, the Keller Willams realtor took days to reply. Then texted our agent, agreeing to our offer. But asked about closing on a specific date. We agreed but then did not reply then contacts and says that they accepted another offer. It took the KW realtor all day to reply to the agreed offer. This is NO WAY to sell homes, build relationships to continue a business. I am disgusted and appalled!

GBI would give a zero star if I could I would give a zero star if I could. Jack Mcelmuury with Keller Willams took my offer in writing and stalled me for a day while he continued to show property for seller and even asked If I wanted to change my offer after he showed the property to several potential buyers. I withdrew my offer based on ethics I am so sick of these get rich listing agents shopping homes under a certified offer. This BS needs to stop.

GBUnprofssional Received a hand written letter in all caps with poor grammar from a Thomas Elrod, who works as a realtor for this company. The letter asks me if I am willing to sell my house to one of his clients. Very unprofessional and amateurish. It's like a fourth grader wrote the letter. Your better off seeking help selling your house from a McDonald's burger flipper.

AURude, unreliable and very violent staff member I so I could put zero stars. After having to put up with that awful service with rude staff and never calling me back I was then told they had some male staff member who had severely threatened to kill a transgender person up in a loud and public graphic manner. Disgusting company and matching disgusting staff. NEVER AGAIN

GBStay away I should've researched them to save myself from the unwanted stress. First, they prioritize profit over people while providing substandard service. I reported a leak in the water line that doubled my utility bill, only to get the run around until the lease ended. Then after moving out, they took the entire security deposit and claimed that I still owed $286. I made multiple attempts to pay the remaining balance through the online account. After I notified them that I couldn't login, they offered no alternative to clear the balance. Later I received a letter from a debt collector with an accumulated interest amount. Lesson learned I would not recommend.
