WORST BROKERAGE EVER WORST BROKERAGE EVER. I have worked at this brokerage over 2 months now and they do literally nothing to help you. You take a 30 day course and then when your done they leave you in the dust the mentor also doesn’t help you with getting much leads besides give the same trash advice you can find online no opportunities for hands on work all the training is bs and outdated that no one does anymore and they don’t give you any hands on work like open houses etc. how is anyone supposed to learn when all they are doing is sitting through lecture and not doing anything??? Waste of time coldwell banker is much better.

Bad listing —-no honest disclosure Listed a mobile home stating it was in good condition but after inspection found out the place had all sorts of problems that should have been disclosed in the description or to the buyer’s agent. Inspection cost was $399!!! Wasted money that could have been avoided had this listing agent been more honest prior to inspection. Had buyer been disclosed all the problems ahead of time would have saved $399… Be very careful of this company and its agents.

Rick Dittemore is the worst realtor in the planet Remember this name: Rick Dittemore. Stay away from this guy, he is lazy, completely lacks the code of ethics and professionalism as a realtor. He screwed over an out-of-state famlily (moving from southern Florida to Katy Texas) out of a rental agreement 5 days before the move-in date. The family now has no place to stay in Katy Texas along with two small children. The worst part is that he didn't even notify the family that the deal was off, the family's agent had to contact Rick to find out the truth. Rick Dittemore you should not be an real estate agent anymore, you dont' care about people, family, children.

I have never had a worse experience… I have never had a worse experience with a real estate agent. Chris Barber in the Jerome Idaho office is an arrogant, rude, self absorbed person. I can’t believe a representative of Keller Williams would treat a potential customer like that! He is an embarrassment. I know lots of people in this area and will let everyone I talk to know what kind of person this is.

Poor start if they wish to sell property Well 2 phone calls later one email request contact form and one live chat still not heard back today about viewing a very expensive house somebody did call back just to say the house was sold so why is it still online for sale ! think we need to move on and look around again so glad our property isn’t with them !
