WORST BROKERAGE EVER WORST BROKERAGE EVER. I have worked at this brokerage over 2 months now and they do literally nothing to help you. You take a 30 day course and then when your done they leave you in the dust the mentor also doesn’t help you with getting much leads besides give the same trash advice you can find online no opportunities for hands on work all the training is bs and outdated that no one does anymore and they don’t give you any hands on work like open houses etc. how is anyone supposed to learn when all they are doing is sitting through lecture and not doing anything??? Waste of time coldwell banker is much better.

Negligent and unprofessional Was working with Ana Jimenez for a home and she was negligent scheduling appointments for showings on properties that were pending sale. She never communicated any changes just didn't show up and when you call her she lies and says someone is coming out and no one does. Then I called her back about an inspection and closing taking place on one of the properties she scheduled me and she hung up on me. This compaby seems really sketchy wspecially seeing all the other reviews

I would give a zero star if I could I would give a zero star if I could. Jack Mcelmuury with Keller Willams took my offer in writing and stalled me for a day while he continued to show property for seller and even asked If I wanted to change my offer after he showed the property to several potential buyers. I withdrew my offer based on ethics I am so sick of these get rich listing agents shopping homes under a certified offer. This BS needs to stop.

The worst estate agency, stay away If there is an option to give 5 negative starts, I would Keller Williams is the worst estate agency I have ever dealt with, the call centre people are impatient, rude and extremely unfriendly, and the so called "agent" who actually dealt with the sales of the property, Gavin Perrett is even worse. I have tried to call and book a viewing of a property 5 times, left 5 messages, none was answered. I am not sure how they intend to sell a property if they cannot organise a viewing, the most basic thing an agent should be able to do. What a waste of time.

This property agent is advertising a… This property agent is advertising a flats to rent at 31 Baldry gardens. I would never ever rent from this landlord at that address. He treats his tenants like cash cows. He expects his tenants to do things that are communal cause he is too tight to get these done. He doesn’t provide intercoms systems for safety, left the building with intermittent heating and hot water for 5 weeks, there is damp through the entire building. There is no amount of paint that can polish this **** of a building. AVOID!!
