The youtube install video was of the if-all-goes-well variety. would have like to have had a better troubleshooting guide available as i didn't get the cable tension right the first time around.

Box Prime 9 is way better than fine! Box website is easy to navigate and pricing is decent. The Prime 9 line has proven to be pretty bomb proof with little need for adjustment throughout the riding season. My Son and I run Box 2 drivetrains on our enduro and we were so impressed we spec’d out the same for our fat bikes! Just bought the Box 1 for my sons next enduro build. Thanks Box for awesome products!
