Great brakes and cranks I love box cranks and brakes I have several of each. I do wish that all the brake sets came with a linear cable though even at a higher price for the set would be fine if it did.

Started disappointed, ended ecstatic. I bought a box 3 Prime 9 drivetrain and unfortunately the derailleur snapped. (I didn’t know that the 3 series was for lighter riding) I emailed the Box team for a warranty claim and Tomas Ovalle explained how the 3 prime 9 is for more beginner level riding. He then offered a free replacement, or %50 off a drivetrain of my choosing! Obviously I chose the discount. I now have a more durable drivetrain for a super cheap price. Box - whatever you’re paying Tomas, you should pay him more. That dude was awesome.
