GBI ordered wheels I ordered wheels, then shortly later ordered separately ordered brake rotors. The FFWD team had the insight to contact me and ask if I wanted them to install the rotors for me. Wow! Proactive, and very impressive, much appreciated. Then after the wheels arrived, I had an issue with the installation - the hub ratchet came apart. I emailed Jon in sales for help or direction. He responded quickly with exactly the guidance I needed, including guessing correctly a key cap was stuck in the packing materials - something i never would figured out. The install recovered perfectly, and I can't wait for the first road test with my new wheels. VERY well done, thank you!
