Sharp looking wheels Easy ordering process. Good communication and order tracking. Order was filled and shipped quickly. Loving this wheel set. Ryot 44’s. Great all round wheel. Deep enough to be more aero than my previous wheelset but not wind catchers. They look great on my new Cervelo Caledonia.

I ordered wheels I ordered wheels, then shortly later ordered separately ordered brake rotors. The FFWD team had the insight to contact me and ask if I wanted them to install the rotors for me. Wow! Proactive, and very impressive, much appreciated. Then after the wheels arrived, I had an issue with the installation - the hub ratchet came apart. I emailed Jon in sales for help or direction. He responded quickly with exactly the guidance I needed, including guessing correctly a key cap was stuck in the packing materials - something i never would figured out. The install recovered perfectly, and I can't wait for the first road test with my new wheels. VERY well done, thank you!

Wonderful Support! Who or whomever manages the shipping/logistics/support does an amazing job. Items are sent same day and support questions are answered at all hours of the day and even weekend! I don't know if I should applaud the work or suggest that I'm okay with not receiving an answer until normal business hours.

Measurable Results Started setting new Strava PR’s on the first day. As an example, I beat a previous wind aided PR on a 1-2% gradient over a mile long segment by 12 seconds on a day with no wind; going from an alloy based wheel to the RYOT 55 DT 240 makes a difference as you simply have fresher legs 30 miles into a ride.

Purchase of Tyro II Rim Brake Wheels Shopping, payment, and delivery of wheels was seamless. Impressed with the packaging and instructions for assembly. The DT Swiss style hubs are very user-friendly, and it's nice having wheels come tubeless-ready with valves already installed. Local bike shop fine-tuned my rim brakes so they'd make contact where specified with user-oriented stickers on the new wheels. Excellent shopping, delivery, and installation from FFWD.
