GBGREAT service when delivery didn't go as planned! Delivery address was inputted incorrectly by me upon checkout (one digit was incorrect). When I called Holabird with 'Undeliverable' notice from USPS, they not only tracked down the location to the local USPS, and called them several times to verify item was not returned back to Holabird, but called me back to confirm item was still in fact at the USPS local branch for my pick up. GREAT SERVICE! This doesn't happen anywhere today in today's ecommerce world of purchasing. I've already told many about Holabird. I'm even willing to pay more in the future because they have built trust with me!
