We live in Oregon and travel throughout the country for lacrosse tournaments. At tournaments your staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Price break on shipping is great and shipping on the west coast is speedy. Great customer service! I placed an order on a late Friday night west coast time. Received a shipping notice at 9:21am Saturday morning! Thanks Lacrosse Fanatic staff!

Personal touch that can’t be matched When we wanted to purchase a new lacrosse stick for our daughter for Christmas, we checked a couple of larger chain stores first. They were going to charge $65 in shipping and taxes. Lacrosse Fanatic’s price for the stick did not come with additional shipping or fees. Not only that, but I was able to call the store and request that they hold onto the stick for a week before shipping so that it would arrive when we were back home from vacation. The personal touch from a smaller operation has earned my future loyalty and business!

No customer service. Stick showed up used. I’ve tried to get in touch since the beginning of January with no response. My stick showed up with scuffs in the head, the seal around the logo is peeling and a huge chunk out of the butt of the stick. For $250 and being marketed as a new stick that’s how it should show up. New.
