Personal touch that can’t be matched When we wanted to purchase a new lacrosse stick for our daughter for Christmas, we checked a couple of larger chain stores first. They were going to charge $65 in shipping and taxes. Lacrosse Fanatic’s price for the stick did not come with additional shipping or fees. Not only that, but I was able to call the store and request that they hold onto the stick for a week before shipping so that it would arrive when we were back home from vacation. The personal touch from a smaller operation has earned my future loyalty and business!

Great experience! I've never heard of Lacrosse Fanatic before but ordered a reasonably priced Cascade XRS helmet for my kid. Shipping said it could take 7-10 days but it arrived within 3 days! The helmet was well packaged and works great. Will definitely order from Lacrosse Fanatic again!

No customer service. Stick showed up used. I’ve tried to get in touch since the beginning of January with no response. My stick showed up with scuffs in the head, the seal around the logo is peeling and a huge chunk out of the butt of the stick. For $250 and being marketed as a new stick that’s how it should show up. New.

What an amazing experience! Tyler was amazing at fitting out my three, first-time lacrosse players! He’s very kind in his approach, so it’s accessible and not intimidating for young players. Mikie was also incredible! What a great personality and incredible coach! He got them really excited to play!

Above and Beyond Every time we come into Lacrosse Fanatic we get excellent, friendly service, and this time was no exception. My son needed a replacement head for his long pole, and the person who helped us took the time to explain the different types of heads for defense and even let him try out the one he ended up selecting. It's always the best experience.
