Great product. Communication, not so.. I got exactly the rubber that I wanted, and fast. The cust service person was friendly and efficient. But: My technical question was redirected a colleague, the expert, twice. First, when she was unsure about my question, and then the next day when he didn't contact me the first time. Never heard from him. I took a chance and ordered because preferred to start learning the new rubber ASAP.

We had some minor setbacks like paddles… We had some minor setbacks like paddles not delivered, some of the legs of table scratched up and one of the table tops dented from transport. But with that said its not if something goes wrong it's whether or not one addresses the issues and in a timely manner. They have been great with Replacements on the items. The table looks great and we excited for the delivery so we can get the table set up. Darlene has been wonderful addressing the issues, thank you for that.

They were very responsive to my many… They were very responsive to my many questions before purchase, both initial and follow up emails, and were professional and courteous. After purchase, when we found a couple of parts missing, they shipped the missing parts same day without question, no hemming and hawing about it. Very impressed with their pre and post sales support.

I gave it a 4 star rating only because…it's not been put on yet. I gave it a 4 star rating only because it hasn't been put on the ping pong table yet. It appears like the correct part but since it is still winter here it most likely won't be put together until weather is warmer.
