I sent four emails to the two people who responded but they know nothing about wheels and got nothing but more questions, finally giving up.

Eventually he agreed to me sending the stick back and getting a full refund. I just received an alert today that the stick couldn’t be delivered because of an insufficient address. The address was pre populated from your system that was emailed to me to print and send. How is the address wrong? Now I need to go through extra steps to just get refunded.
