CAGreat Experience This was my first experience with SidelineSwap and my experience was great. First, there was regular updates with my shipment order. Two, my product I ordered was as requested. And I’ve been enjoying the product since then. Three, just an overall feeling the company was engaged with me as a consumer. I will certainly return as a customer! Thanks

GBOverall experience with Sideline Swap The ability to print shipping labels from "item sold" email makes shipping super easy. However, I don't understand why there's a separate credit card fee on top of the Sideline Swap fee. Credit card processing is a cost of doing business, so just roll it into the Sideline Swap fee. As a consumer, I hate fees!

GBReceived my item broken Received my item broken. I disputed the item when received since it was broken and when described as “Barley used intermediate flylite 65 flex p28, just a bit of tape left on blade. Great condition.” the seller of the item was please with photos I provided so I had to email him privately more photos because you cannot add more photos to the dispute, which is a major flaw. Eventually he agreed to me sending the stick back and getting a full refund. I just received an alert today that the stick couldn’t be delivered because of an insufficient address. The address was pre populated from your system that was emailed to me to print and send. How is the address wrong? Now I need to go through extra steps to just get refunded.

GBGreat but maybe no longer use USPS to ship? I bought 2 items. One was received within 2 days. The other one got 'lost' for a bit in the USPS system so that took over a week. But, that's a USPS issue, not Sideline Swap issue......
