USAfter a week of no shipping… After a week of no shipping confirmation, i had to contact them to find out they didnt have the color i ordered. Then after choosing a different color they took almost another week to ship that. So much for "Order before noon for same day shipping".

USTerrible customer service became great customer service I received a tracking number that was canceled a couple hours later. Can't reach customer service by phone or email. Just trying to find out if the order was canceled or if there will be another tracking number. Edit: Customer Service reached out to me and explained the situation. I was given different options and I chose the best one for me. I had the helmet in my hands 2 days later. The helmet feels good, not too heavy, but definitely not a bump helmet. It feels like my old Army helmet.

USFirst and foremost First and foremost, the company has amazing customer service! I received my Gen 3 Bastion Helmet in Multicam and am blown away by the quality. A great investment in an American-made product. Very happy with my purchase and will do more business with Ballistic Armor Co.

USPurchased a ballistic helmet Purchased a ballistic helmet, I like how it fits and feels. Haven’t tested it yet fortunately but I’d be willing to test it and take a video if you want to send me another 😉. All jokes but product comares well to other helmets and is affordable.

USGreat company and a great product Great company and a great product! I ordered helmets for my police department from them. Not only did they send out helmets to let us try before we made the purchase but they kept us informed every step of the way getting the new helmets to us. Very good customer service and a great helmet to go along with it. The newest helmet they offer are excellent the fit and finish are flawless. Very comfortable and light weight with good attachment components. Plus it’s now made in the USA!
